THE MATERIAL AND THE PROCESS

- Free from VOCs, isocyanates, formaldehyde, solvents, and toxic plasticizers → total safety in use, even in indoor environments.
- Odorless and neutral: it does not release fumes or residues → no extraction or ventilation system required.
- Moldable at 60–70°C (140–158°F), even with a hair dryer → safe, accessible process with low energy consumption.
- Can be reshaped an unlimited number of times → every form can be remolded without degradation → zero scrap.
- Simplified production: no industrial ovens or chemical curing cycles required → ideal for lean, fast, decentralized production.
